This book is everything I know about making successful logos that are built to last. The process is influenced by Scott McCloud's 'Understanding Comics', the Vignelli Canon, Designers like Burton Kramer and Bob Gill, Design movements like Bauhaus and Modernism, and finished with my own experiences and waxing about what makes a good logo.

The book begins with a sort of manifesto, establishing the philosophy and breaking down the elements of good and bad logo Design. It then expands on influences of logo Design before the journey of talking to the client, creating a Concept, Idea, Composition, Craft, Style, then presenting and delivering the work.

I hope that anyone from entry-level Designers to industry veterans will get something out of this book. I never wanted this to be "5 tips for cool logo design", but the antithesis of cheap content like that. After nearly a year of writing, Designing, and printing, I can confidently say I did my best within my means to make something valuable about the art of Graphic Design.
